A Mousey Alley Cat

I love working with knit! Made this Alley Cat Romper (a Lil Luxe Collection pattern) for a friend's hip little lady.  Turns out that I have impeccably awesome timing, because the Project Run and Play challenge for this week is Nothing But Knit.  So here's my entry.

Bodice and cuffs are a rayon/spandex blend that is slinky yet sturdy. It's from Joann's, comes in quite a few colors and I really love the way it sews up.  The bottom is a 100% cotton sweatshirt knit designed by Primp that I acquired from Girl Charlee a couple of years ago. It's a pretty awesome color combo and I think she'll love it! My lady (who's modeling) sure does... and now I'm off to make another one especially for her.

I also find it kind of funny that it's an Alley Cat made in a mouse print.  Yep, I'm a dork!

    1. Thank you! That green is one of my favorites. The wider ribbing at the ankles is great, still comfy if she wanted to push them up her legs a bit to make it a shorts kind of thing.

  4. Wonderful blog. It is a very informative and elegant dress but there is also a well-developed and authentic affordable university assignment to learn writing tips online gratefully.
