Kid's Clothes Week

So I made some pretty awesome things for the KCW Summer session. Of course, I'm super late posting. But better late than never, right?

So here's what my birdies made out with...

I made a couple of Rigby Polos, one my new favorite boys patterns by ShwinDesigns. It's quick and easy to sew and looks so polished when you're done. My boys love them too.

Medium Birdie Version (green of course)

Large Birdie

The boys also got a couple of thrifted Recess Raglans by SeeKateSew.  The best play shirt pattern I have found yet.

Big Girl Birdie made out like a bandit.  I made a really cute ensemble for the Fearsome Pirate inspired by this Knot Dress over at the Sewing Rabbit. I love the way they came together. Now she's all set to go play pirates with her brothers.

She also got a knock-off of another Shwin&Shwin design that you can find here.  It turned out beautifully. The perfect dress for summer.  I kind of mashed the the boys Rigby polo in with this dress because I love the pocket detail of the polo so much.

I also made her a somewhat impractical, but gorgeous evening gown from an up-cycled target shirt.  I think it turned out pretty well, and she loves her new "princess" dress which is all that really matters.

And then there were some Cloud 9 Vintage PJ's by Peek-A-Boo Pattern Shop.  I whipped up two of these beautiful sets, one for each lady birdie.

Tiny Birdie's Version

Little Birdie also got a Zutano knock-off dress.  Really quick and simple.  Hopefully she'll be able to wear it for a while.  And of course she was napping when we had time for pictures, so here it is in the grass...
